 How It Works
First we send out a free information packet
describing the many options homeowners have to keep themselves from foreclosure.
The average person does not know their many options and unfortunately there are many
sharks out there who make a living out of taking advantage of people in this predicament.
Second we council our clients to help them
learn how they can negotiate with their lender in order to make arrangements to
correct their situation. Often times we are able to help get them two year freezes on their
rate and payment adjustments allowing them to stay in their home until
the market gets better and they can refinance into a better loan or sell for greater profit.
Third we offer free advice on loan scenarios,
closing costs, and real estate fee’s. We also often refer them to an industry professional in their area that can help them if they end up needing to sell or when it comes time for them to refinance, this way insuring that they are not put back into another bad scenario.
